Easy to get to, particularly good location not far from the Farmer's Markets and downtown area. Also, close to everything.

Everywhere was clean, room with central heating, a cable TV with HBO, and a microwave was really big. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

The location was also a plus, being close to various fast-food options as well as a well-stocked grocery store. Additionally, I was relieved that the motel was not located right by a busy highway, ensuring a quieter stay.
On the downside, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The exterior of the hotel could benefit from some updates, such as broken windows and a fresh coat of paint.
